Hello, all! Garlic scape season is upon us, so expect lots in the next coming weeks. When you eat them without cooking they are very garlicky (chop them fresh into a salad, mix them into vinaigrette, or make a scape pesto) but if you cook them they taste remarkably like green beans. sautee them whole or try them grilled, put them on pizza or in a stir fry, they are as versatile as they are tasty! You should have snap peas in your box by now but the rabbits got into the first crop and only left me one plant. . . the second crop looks promising though, so hopefully they'll be in your box next week! :)
