Despite both the name and the rows of pink-blossomed trees dotting the hilly landscape, Peachtree Circle Farm is arguably best known for its garlic.
“If I could just grow one crop, it would be garlic,” says owner Carrie Richter, who loves it for its low-maintenance and versatility.
