I have a treat for you all this Thursday at the market: Peaches! Growing organic peaches is a near impossibility, as I've discovered over the past 10 years of attempting to do so, but every once in a while all the stars line up and: voila! perfect peaches. I have both white peaches and gold, both juicy and flavorful. If you've never had a peach off the tree, I hate to tell you that you'll never look at a grocery store peach the same way again. Also at the market I'll have tomatoes, sungolds, tomatillos, pineapple tomatillos, kale, swiss chard, cucumbers, summer squash, bouquets, turnips, beets, carrots, pears, raspberries, and the long awaited fall crop of arugula.
